OPTILED Lighting International Ltd. and RZB Rudolf Zimmermann Bamberg GmbH enter into strategic co-operation

Frankfurt, Germany – 11 April 2010 – Hong-Kong based LED Lighting specialist OPTILED Lighting International Ltd (OPTILED) and RZB Rudolf Zimmermann, Bamberg GmbH (RZB), an established player in professional lighting solutions, announce today that the two companies will co-operate strategically on various levels in the LED business. The agreement includes efforts to jointly develop and distribute a portfolio of technologically advanced, high quality LED-based lamps and luminaires for residential and professional use.

The aim is to leverage both company's strengths – OPTILED's LED expertise combined with RZB's luminaires expertise and established market access in the lighting business – to provide customers with competitive LED-based lighting solutions that utilize the latest technology and, thus, establish both companies as leading players in the LED lighting business.

For the past decade, OPTILED has been pioneering LED lighting - it is one of very few lighting companies that is 100% focused on developing LED-based light sources. The company offers a comprehensive range of LED lighting products for different applications.
